Visitor, Contractor, and Supplier Safety Guidelines

We kindly request all visitors, contractors, and suppliers to comply with the company’s instructions and policies throughout the duration of their visit.

• During registration, ensure that you select the correct visitor category, as personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements vary depending on the nature of your visit.


• In accordance with the site HSE policy, we recommend wearing long-sleeved upper garments and long trousers.


• Visitors, contractors, and suppliers entering the plant area will be issued temporary access cards. These must be returned upon completion of the visit or assigned task.


• Full PPE must be worn at all times in the plant. This includes:
  Hard hat, Approved safety footwear, Safety glasses, high-visibility jacket


• If you do not have required PPE for the plant visit, your host will provide loan equipment. Please ensure all issued items are returned before leaving the site.


• All visitors must be accompanied and supervised by their hosting employee throughout the visit to ensure safety, security, and a smooth experience.


• Contractors and suppliers must remain within their assigned work areas. Roaming around the plant without authorization is strictly prohibited.


• Taking photographs or making recordings within the workplace is strictly prohibited unless prior authorization has been obtained.

Important Notice:

The plant operates on a 24/7 basis, with continuous movement of waste delivery vehicles and heavy goods traffic. Certain areas may be restricted due to specific hazards such as high-voltage power, hot surfaces, chemicals, and rotating equipment. Access to these areas may not be possible for safety reasons.
